> Just trying to get a call transferred to the bakery department is at least a 10 minute process. I had 4 different people transfer my call, only to have each of them come back and ask me what department I was calling for. Customer service should be better. I expect that if a department has no employees at that time, that someone should know about it and not just leave a customer on hold without any explanation.
