Justin would not entertain this what so ever and actually hung up on me. Use stanly steamer! They have a 10 day guarantee on their service. After the carpet was cleaned there was still some spots that were missed. Called up the "owner justin" who basically said to bad! He wouldn't even come out to look! We offered to pay a less amount to touch up the spots that hadn't came up. He said "NOPE!" And hung up the phone! Can't believe the unprofessionalism of this company.
