> Tim Kuntz/Awnings Plus/Awnings Pro...or whatever he is calling this business TODAY will be OK if you want a CLOTH awning, you may get what you paid for.......but if you give him MONEY to produce a patio awning, your money and your awning will never show up! Still trying to get our money back since March 4, 2011 and the Police Department is on it NOW. We have spoken to other awning customers and he has scammed them the same way...takes your money/drags out the delivery for as long as possible..and even has a FAKE Awning production company(Patio World)/Debbie call you to confirm...neither exist..!! buyer beware!

> We provided him with a check for two patio covers on 3/4/2011. Those awnings and our money are still on the run. He will not answer his texts OR phone calls. If you stop by the shop, someone will tell you that he is 1) OUT installing in San Jose or Pleasanton  OR   2) having medical issues   or BOTH!If you are LUCKY enough to get a response to your call or text; chances are it will be another "stoy' and  not true!  We waited around all day Saturday..waiting for the installers who were promised to arrive...NOTHING! BUYER BEWARE, Indeed! If you see a good review under his name, consider that he wrote it HIMSELFThese SENIOR CITIZENS are not going to let this END HERE!

> Tim Kuntz is a joke! He took a deposit and has not delivered the awning or returned my deposit. He never is in the office and not once returns calls. Buy at your own risk.

> i called around getting prices from 3 awning companys all where so much higher than awning pros in stockton they got my job done in 2days when the other companys where 1 to 2 weeks out very satisfied with AWNING PROS
