> I went in Best Buy to get some stuff and my six year old with autism needed to use the restroom. The employees would not let her use their restroom, even though she was clearly about to pee her pants and the nearest restroom was across the mall. They are such heartless jerks!

> DO NOT take anything to the GEEK squad. They are a bunch of idiots that will charge you and arm and a leg and they will not even fix the problem. They send it to the manufacturer for repair and charge you about $100.00 just for shipping. then you have to pay the shipping back and the repairs nad ther handling fees. Take it to a REAL PC repair place in town where yo will pay a fraction of the cost and get done fast and right. Save your money and stay away from this idiots. Their name says it all...a bunch of GEEKS!!!

> I come here at least once a week to look for games, dvds, and price check.  Most of their staff is friendly enough, some more than others, and I've never really had a big issue here.  So overall It's a good place to shop.

> Their customer service is aweful!  I asked to speak to someone about car stereos and not one person answered the phone.  I called back off and on for over 20 minutes and they will not answer the store phone at all!  I will shop somewhere else.
