Always a huge line at check in windows because they are printing labels and documents as you check in so takes about an hour of standing around just to check in. My appointment time was 4pm today but i came about 15 min early.it is now 10pm and i am still not unloaded. In my days of working union, we were all about professionalism  and production. Their snail paced movement here displays no pride or uniqueness of quality.
