I was devastated, and he refused to take responsibility and just walked away from me, telling me he will not fix the problem and will not speak to me anymore. I have never ever in my whole life been treated with such disrespect, and needless to say will never go back there again. I purchased a new pair of boots and after a month I could barely walk in them, so I went into Cavagnaro's to see if he could help and all I did was put the boots on stand in front of him. The gentleman that was helping me said that the soles of the boots are the wrong ones to handle my large frame.
