> I hope if you have an emergency sitting on the side of the road you get better service then we did.  At 10:00am, Debco sends you an estimate that they are going to be there to tow you within 1:30 min.  after 1:45 min - they don't show up at all, no courtesy call - instead a text to your phone indicating "do you still need towing?".  When you call to check why they haven't showed up, there is a forced apology and reason that doesn't answer your question why they didn't even let you know they are late (perhaps because you had to call them to do their job?) - the outcome - just wait for 1 hour more after the estimate or cancel the tow.  Debco has been opened for a very long time, I guess that gives them reason to treat you the way they want to....
