So many bad experiences in the past with different dentists, but Dr Dozier and his staff took the time to make me feel incredibly comfortable and explained everything to me! We always get the very best care upon each visit. They do follow up calls to check on us after a root canal or new crown, we certainly appreciate this thoughtfulness. We have received good instruction on techniques to care for our teeth and gums. The staff took the time to contact one of our Physicians, with a question pertaining to a need for special medication before certain dental procedures. Insurance does not always cover what we need and fair pricing and a budget plan is always offered to us. My first visit to this office was 20 years ago and the entire team has only gotten BETTER! Dr. Dozier has been treating my entire family since 1991 and I refer anyone and everyone I know that is looking for a dentist to him. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Dr. Dozier is always very informative and explains all treatment needs. He is thorough and yet also very conservative and that is something I appreciate. My children love going to the dentist and seeing everyone at the office as they are absolutely wonderful with children as well as adults. The front office handles all of our insurance promptly and accurately, if we have ever had a portion to pay, the girls up front are spot on when it comes to estimating these amounts. His assistants and hygienists are top notch.
