That changed considerably this week.  Needing a belt for a riding lawnmower mowing deck I supplied the personnel at the store with the previous belt to compare.  He came back with one he said he directly compared with original.  When I arrived 39 miles later installed it and the belt  had grown 6 inches longer.  Needless to say, not a happy camper. When I drove back 4 days later I was informed could not return without brown paper sleeve nor receive credit toward another purchase.  So , it was my mistake...for not realizing their mistakes would eventually cause this scenario.  Next scenario, will lament the passing of customer service  to :make your money on the backs of your customers\"  or, in my case, \"FORMER CUSTOMER\"","rating":1,"date_published":"2016-21-04"}]}
