Yes one person can ruin things.......I will also let all agencies I'm affiliated with know how rude Dr garfolo staff is.I should have read yelp first!!! Terrible review on his staff!!! Someone needs to be reprimanded!!!","rating":1,"date_published":"2015-10-02"},{"author_name":"agraham","review_text":"I think if you have an emergency that you should not be able to reschedule an appointment.
