I called mid-day, he came in the late afternoon. He quickly got the drain unblocked, scraped out all the lint gunk in the interior lint trap and cleaned the almost blocked water fill lines. He was quick, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. His bill was $15 below the quoted double digit estimate. My washer is like new again!It was taking 40 minutes to fill, now it takes 5! My entire wash cycle took less than it used to take just to fill! The dryer is more efficient and no longer gets too hot.On all fronts, JC gets my top recommendation. If I could, I'd give him 10 stars.
