The staff is very friendly and helpful.  Greg Smith was my attorney.  A couple of times I called to speak to him and he was in court but he always returned my calls.  The 2 ladies that work in the office were alway able to answer any questions that I had.  I would strongly recommend them.  I'm told they have been in business over 30 years and I can see why. The staff treated me like I was important to them and they actually wanted to help me.  They were extremely efficient and professional but they were not cold to me.  They got my case filed in 2 days and I was able to keep my house.  I am so very grateful to them and the help they gave me. He made sure I knew the process and let me know my bankruptcy shouldn't be a problem at all. He was very honest and has integrity. He didn't want to lie and screw anyone over. I respect the way he conducts his firm. My bankruptcy was discharged July 5th, which I am grateful for. My only complaint is that I did not hear from them much but when I called them, they explained it takes time for court hearings and documents to be filed so there's nothing we can do but wait in the mean time, which I understand because that's just the system. Overall, I am very happy with the outcome and happy with Mr. Kyle's knowledge and expertise. However, it took them 6 months after they got my money  and paperwork to file my case.  "Customer service" is practically non-existent.Don't expect to get phone calls returned.
