The first time I ordered an orange chiffon with orange frosting. The first time I ordered it my whole family loved it. It was a true chiffon, light airy.  The second time I ordered it, it was not a chiffon cake and it was dry. I called about it and there was obviously a language barrier.  My brother wanted it for his birthday today, because he had the first version.   So when I ordered it, I stressed chiffon several times and I asked for flowers and frosting. When they brought it out, it had no flowers, so she had to take it back to add flowers. I didn't notice until we cut it that it wasn't frosting but a horrible icing. The confectioners sugar was crunchy.  I guess if you want something done right, you must do it yourself.
