I had an appointment at 2 pm and the girl acted as though there was a problem with my credit card; even though I had two massages on my account paid for already she would not see me . went to my bank and there was not a problem with the card. went back for my facial and still was denied a facial so I paid again , remind you  I already had 2 pd for now I have 3. sat there for 5 min when they told me that I would need to come back at 4, because no one wanted to do my facial. what.... but I had a 2 oclock appointment so who was going to do it? no answer.. then the manager ask someone else to do it and she refused saying she had a 3 pm appointment.  I just left, very upset and disappointed on how I was treated. I feel they should not make you an appointment if indeed no one wants to do the facial.   very disapppointed client","rating":1,"date_published":"2012-15-12"}]}
