> If I could give less than a star I would.  I went in to have a fur collar cleaned for the next day.  When I called next day to see if I could come in one hr before the pick up time they told me they said It would be ready a whole next week.  When I finally come in they hand me back my fur collar in terrible no wearable horrible condition.  They wouldn't even give me the money to buy a new one and claimed it to be my fault for not telling them how I wanted it cleaned.  Worst experience. They even waited for all their customers to leave before they brought out the disaster they made of my collar.  How convenient. I do not recommend this place at all.  I was yelled at by the lady working there because she refused to pay for damages.

> I find their pricing reasonable, as well as their quality. They are not, however, conversationalists. One could mistake this for rudeness, but I don't think it really is. They just aren't good at small talk. The quality of the work has been, so far, good.

> I will never recommend this cleaners to anyone.  6 months ago I took a $140 linen slacks that were new I had only wore once, but had purchased them about one year earlier. I took them in just for a press.  They burned my pants.  The owner did not want to take responsibility for the damage, he was rude, cocky and arrogant after arguing with him, he finally said the only way he would pay for them would be if I brought a receipt or for them.  Basically, he got away with it.  If I would have known Martinizing would burn my pants a year later, maybe I would have hanged on to my receipt. I hope this review will be of help to you in determining if you want to take the chance or not
