Don't worry because it's not intentional, they are just lazy. I purchased a transmission from this company that they told me was rebuilt. When my installer received the part and installed it he said there was no way it was rebuilt, but actually very old and completely shot. Sure, they refunded my money for the purchase price, but because they failed to verify that this equipment was actually in the condition they stated, I am now out of pocket for all of the installation expenses as well as storage expenses from the installer and removal expenses to take the transmission out again.
