I wanted to get an estimate to change a serpentine belt for my Chevy but that did not work out because Ultra was nowhere to be found, a.w.a.l, very disappointed. I tried to call back at 8:48 and I heard the same dial tone, nothing. I guess I won't waist any more of my time. For a young business, you figure that they would be eager for customers.
