They have created American style (much healthier) Chinese dishes that are simply amazing. If you like Chinese food but are health conscious, try this place! Chin Chin has a great casual atmosphere and better than average chinese food that is not as greasy as the norm for take out Chinese. My girlfriend and I went to Chin Chin's last night and every time we go I always feel like part of the family when I am greeted there, and more so when the food arrives. The place was packed with a healthy buzz of activity. It appeared that the restaurant was a mix of regulars and newcomers like us. We started with spring rolls -- crunchy and hot, followed by schezuan shrimp and chicken lo mein -- both were delicious!
