I was told that I would need to wait until Monday when the Manager would be there. I was told that I could leave my shoes, I waited for days and then called to see if they had come to a number on how much the work would cost. I decided to have the heals done but not the boots, as I felt it was too pricey. They said that this would be fine and that I could come anytime to pick up the boots. I returned to the store LATE THE NEXT DAY and was told that they could not locate my boots.  I had to wait until Thursday to pick up a pair of POORLY REPAIRED HEALS with glue all over them, a pair of boots WITH THE SEAMS COMPLETELY RIPPED APART AND THE ZIPPER HANGING OUT. I told them that I would be contacting the better business bureau. Suddenly they were able to reach the manager - Keep in mind that I had been trying to contact the manager FOR DAYS! He offered no compensation and was a completely awful, never coming here again.","rating":1,"date_published":"2011-07-06"}]}
