The staff was rude and unprofessional. This was my first and last time going here. I showed up for my appointment a little early did my paperwork and waited for over an hour in there waiting room. I heard the dentist yelling in the back for supplies. Finally the lady at the front desk told me I would need to reschedule because they were to busy. After months of issues & last minute cancelled appts by them, I was promised a call to confirm the final fitting of my partial denture, but had to call to see if the appt was still on.  The partial was not ready & was asked to schedule for Wed. I pushed the appt. to Fri. & I got a call Thurs to confirm.  When I got to the office I was greeted by name. The Dr came in and greeted us & then said he needed to go find the partials. His assistant then came in & told us they werent there. She thought she had seen them but now they couldnt find them & it was too late to call the lab that made them. Since this was not our first negative experience we asked to speak to the office manager or Dr. We were told by the receptionist that she knew they were NOT there and she had been calling the lab all day to find them. If this was true why wasnt I told the night before when the appt confirmed or called earlier that day so I didnt waste my time. I WONT BE GOING BACK.","rating":1,"date_published":"2016-17-04"},{"author_name":"nickycc1","review_text":"bradley family dental did one filling and two crowns on me. one of the temporary crowns fell out twice while i was waiting for the permenent crown. the permenet crown fell out after being in place for six months. i noticed the dentist spent alot of time looking at the other crown they put in , yet nothing was said to me. when this crown was put in the dentist had  drilled a great deal off the tooth to get the bite right.  when i got home i dug out a dental mirror and noticed what looked like a cavity on the first crown. i went back to the office and  was told i should never have approved the crown which was wore through. i told them they were responsible for the work they do for twelve months and i wanted thier defective crown replaced. they would not make thier mistake right.","rating":1,"date_published":"2012-12-09"}]}
