Dr. Waggonner had no bedside/chair side manner - this was my first visit & he didn't even introduce himself to me or try to have a conversation.  I felt confident in his abilities as a dentist but was very disappointed with the service & will NOT go back.  Susan, the office gal, was extremely rude.  After my cleaning, Dr. Waggonner told me I had to come back for my tiny filling that he said would take 15 minutes.  The only other patient in the office was a walk in who didn't even have an appointment & Dr. Waggonner chose to help that person rather than do my filling.  Susan rudely told me basically, \"Tough, that's how this office is run.\" & wouldn't get me back in for a week!  Ridiculous!  I went next door to Dr. Martin's office & they got me in the same afternoon for the filling.  I am still in shock at how I was treated!  I've NEVER had a dentist send me away without completing a filling that was needed.","rating":1,"date_published":"2011-04-05"}]}
