Their promo on struts was $99 each - absolutely amazing deal. The shop gave me good service on wheel alignment which typically I use to pay $129 elsewhere but at diagnostics they charged $79 -surprisingly a great deal. I loved their repair rates for my car and found Bobi their manager to go out of his way to check my car thoroughly. Nearly all shops here had closed and I was gonna be stuck i thought. I saw Diagnostics Unlimited as they were winding down. Meeting the guys who work here was truly the height of customer service I felt. They went out of their way to diagnose. Even gave me a loaner car. Next day I got a call from Boby that there was nothing wrong with my car and the battery had not enough charge. They charged it overnight and did not charge me a single cent. I was told it needed more work and I did not feel like spending any more. I searched Groupon and ran into Diagnostics Unlimited. I took my car for a diagnosis second opinion, had to wait a bit, as the place was full of cars. They did the eval and it turned out that the injectors were literally taped by the previous place. They repaired the seals and asked me to get warranty on the wires as they were shorting out. I took it back and got the new wires. That resolved the issues on my car. I generally hate the bill on the European cars but I was happy to find a decent repair place after all.
