My parents had their roof redone by St. Charles & Sons about 8 years ago.   It has never given them any trouble whatsoever since then and when a subcontractor for a different company tried to tell my elderly mother that he found spots where the ceiling leaked,  St. Charles & Sons Roofing came back out, got up on Mom's very tall roof, went inside our A/C housing space,   took multiple photos of the ceiling and proved to us ( with photographic evidence) that the other company's analysis was  completely erroneous! Oh,  by the way,  they didn't even charge us for the service call.
