This has been a training route for as long as I've lived here. [38 yr's] I do not get a trained carrier and so my mail delivery is terrible.  I get lots of other people's mail.  Delivery is usually very late.  Now;  Carrier does not pick up mail going out from my box.  This happens a lot.  Have you changed your hiring practices?   Seems like less qualified people delivering these days. Within the last year, I've had mail, stolen and opened from the annex.  I haven't gotten any feedback or resolution from the Postal Managers.
