This office is phenomenal all the ladies are polite, friendly and know their stuff! We have been going every 6 months to see how my daughters teeth were coming in to determine the right time to start her ortho, on her last visit Dr. Garcia told her that she finally gets to start..(she asks everytime we go!!) The first step was to start with an expander and I was a little worried as my daughter had never had impressions before and has a major gag reflex, but the girls were sooo sweet and patient and never made her feel bad....they got the impressions and she is now wearing her new appliance and doing great! The follow up is fantastic, scheduling is easy and the financials were a piece of cake. If your looking for a trustworthy office, where you will feel at home stop here....we Love it so far and we have only just begun!! Because I am one of the most discerning and particular people I know and skeptical of the medical/dental professions. Experience always precedes my belief in anyone or anything. Before we brought our eldest daughter Ruby to Dr. Garcia, she almost never smiled because she'd sucked her thumb when she was little and had a major problem with "buck teeth". Her teeth are in perfect alignment and now Ruby smiles proudly because of Dr. G. His technical skills are only exceeded by his artistry. His warm caring gentle demeanor calms children of all ages, helping them feel that "yes I can" attitude which he radiates. His staff, lead by Jill all seem genuinely pleased to be in service. Our financial concerns were addressed delicately and confidentially with a payment plan that fit our budget. Soon our younger daughter will begin with Dr. G and she's thrilled and cannot wait. Since you've read this far (which says you're seriously considering Dr. G) please do yourself a major favor. Look no further. You've found the best. Not just in Temecula, but in our opinion, anywhere. You'll be really glad you chose him and your children's smiles will be a true testament to our experience and Dr. Garcia's gifts. My youngest daughter, 12, has been going in for check ups every 6 months to see if she's ready. They would rather take a conservative approach than rush into something that will take longer and be more expensive. We've been very pleased. My eldest children have absolutely amazing smiles.
