> this guy knew what he was doing.  He may have not had the customer service bit down, but was nice enough and practical.  The most attractive part was the service prices.  I've never seen prices this low.  Best buy ripped me off for $100, when this guy charged $60 for the same service.   He also made the diagnostic free, even tho it's advertised for $20 he just bundled it
