> DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION OF EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS! This location should be shut down and the owner/“manager” should not be running any business. This Temecula Edible Arrangements failed on two separate occasions (6 months apart) to deliver an order that was placed. It was placed online first thing in the morning and they didn’t contact me until 6:30 pm that evening (both times) to inform me that they were unable to make the delivery! This took away my ability to make ANY other arrangements for a Sunday holiday the following day. This is just bad business! There should’ve been an automatic response triggered online that informs people they can no longer take orders for Mother’s Day. And if that’s too difficult, they should have someone on staff monitoring online orders from 8 am and informing people right away if they can’t fulfill. Any smart business owner in this line of work should know and PLAN FOR a rush around these holidays!What makes the fact that it happened two times even worse, is that when I spoke to the owner and demanded that they make this right, she yelled and blamed ME for this happening because “I waited until the last minute to order and didn’t plan ahead”!!! She said “all of you people who wait until the last minute, what do you expect??!”  I’ve never ever experienced in any kind of retail service, a manager (or worse, an owner) who blames their customers for their own failures and breakdowns. She didn’t care that I said I would share my experiences and let the corporate HQ of Edible Arrangements know about this horrible franchisee they have — she told me what I could do with my “threats.” Not ONCE did she apologize (for either time this happened), not ONCE did she ask what she could do to make it right. I hope this will be read and People will avoid patronizing this horrible business owner/location because you will likely be left hanging anyway. I encourage you to seek out another location.
