> What started out as an exciting evening since it was my husbands 81st birthday & his 1st day out after having knee surgery, turned out very upsetting. We arrived as a family of 6 adults & was seated in a very tight area. A small amount of garlic bread arrived after a while & when my daughter asked for more (since the meals we ordered were taken very long to arrived) she was confronted with a very rude waiter that told her she had to wait & they had other customers to tend to. When the appetizers arrived they were laughable, too funny to go into. Finally the meals arrived & we all happily started to eat. No sounds of delight came from anyone & my meal was tasteless  & uneatable. I had ordered Veal with Italian ham, & when i asked the waiter where was the ham, he said he had to bring it back to the kitchen to see if he could find it.  When i requested an alternate meal, he announced I would have to be charged for that too, I declined, but my generous Son-in-law insisted i  order something else. By the time my meal finally arrived  all had finished theirs. Moral to the story...so the few dollars " francesca's italian? kitchen" made, they really lost BIG time on my recommending your ( Diner) in my town of Temecula.  One happy note..we all went back to my home & had a home-made pineapple upside down birthday cake.......my hubby's favorite!!!!!
