They were all so accommodating, communicated well, and did everything in a timely manner. We came looking for a way to incorporate my 30-year-old wedding ring into a new design to include my mother’s engagement diamond. Serina helped us search for a couple of hours for something that would work and then Stan joined us and was able to come up with a custom design that was just what I had in mind. They designed it on the computer and then 3D printed it so that I could try it on and see what it would look like and make any changes if I wanted.
