> I've had the service for the last 10 years and dumb enough to put up with all of their horrible mistakes.  Always have ridiculous excuses for their shortcomings.  I gave them a 30-day notice of termination of contract and they cut the service off at 2 weeks to provoke me.  What a low blow.  This place is like Jekyll & Hyde.  Turn their attitude 180 degrees once they know you're no longer a paying customer.  Worst business.  I would not wish them on my worst enemy.
