My experience with them was terrible. It began with the first phone call to their office. The woman who answered spoke so fast I couldn't even be sure who I was calling and when I asked her to repeat the greeting, she was very rude to me. She then put me on hold for more than FIVE minutes and when she did return she acted like I was in the wrong. I went ahead and made an appointment, but when I arrived on time for my appointment, they said there was no record of the appointment and that I'd have to re-schedule. What a mess.
