Since moving they have been told by the real estate company that the house looks abandoned. It's apparent that because they are no longer living in the home M & M Desert Landscaping has not been fulfilling their bi-weekly maintenance obligation although they are being paid regularly. We feel as though we're being taken advantage of due to our situation and it's shameful.  Despite our repeated requests to keep up on the landscaping so the home is presentable for showings it's falling on deaf ears.  It seems they have no problem taking our money without doing the work.
