Right from the start it was a pleasant atmosphere. No high pressure tactics, Rick just answered our questions & told us all about the rig. Pricing here starts at a fair price. He seems to mark them low and sticks with that.Once we made the decision to buy, the paperwork etc. went fast & easy. We needed a few days to get our money together and they needed a few days to detail our rig. So we drove back home to AZ in our car. Within a few days our motorhome was delivered to our home! How sweet is that??! Once we received the motorhome, we took off for our first outing. We ran into a few problems, mostly due to  operator error, not understanding things. When problems came up we would call Conejo RV, and they would walk us through it. They were very nice & had a good attitude about it all. We've had the new motorhome about 2 months now.
