They were prompt to return calls and arrived on time. We had a 25 year+ door that moved slow and sounded horrible. Brett was able to inspect and explain as he went what was in good shape (the door itself) and what needed attention. He took his time and there wasn't a hint of sales pressure at all. In the end we needed a few replacement parts and general maintenance. The door silently glides like new and is now safe. We had checked with a few other local companies that advertise a ton; steer clear of some of those, you will be told the sky is falling and you need hundreds to thousands of dollars to make your door safe and well functioning. I used him originally to replace a broken spring at one house which we now rent and he replaced it within a few hours of calling him on the weekend no less.  Since then I had him replace sensors that were faulty and later replace garage openers at two houses and both went up without a hitch and he was more than happy to explain how it works to me and how to reset it I ever needed. He is by far one of the best customer service experience companies I have dealt with in a long while.   It's great to see companies that still go the extra mile. When it gets cold... the door would almost close... get stuck... then open again.  Over the years we've had a few service calls... of course when they come... that's the day it closes OK.  No such nonsense with Walter the tech from this garage repair company.  He inspected the door and pointed out the problem in about 30-seconds.
