I must say, that my experience with this business was outstanding. The owner, John Russell, along with his friendly and knowledgeable staff, treated me very well. They kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle and explained every detail about what they were doing. They even installed new hood shocks that were needed on my car, and they didn't even charge me for them! All of the staff were polite, down to earth, and straight forward people. They won't give you the run around and rip you off like a lot of the franchise mechanic shops will. I am so glad that I decided to leave my vehicle in the hands of Russell's Automotive, instead of the local franchise shop which quoted me an outrageous price for something that would not have even fixed the problem on my vehicle.
