They put the car on jacks, patched the flat and rotated the tires BEFORE i could even finish my protein bar - less than 5 minutes! It takes twice as long to get an In N Out Burger. And, this is not a single act. When Josh told me the quote was for 19 inch tires and I needed 18 inch tires, I asked for a new quote. Josh refused to give me a lower price even after showing me that 18 inch tires cost less than 19 inch because I wasn't paying full retail. I've been a long time customer of theirs and they took advantage of me because of their mistake. That's how they treat their loyal customers. While you are there, the parrots are fun to watch. Overall, it is a pleasant experience & most people cannot say that about buying tires.
