My Team Leader is approachable and experienced. I have witness first hand long term employment. I'm assuming hard work. This is not an overnight payout. Strong and trustworthy relationships built with your Hardworking Registered Nurses is a must. I am excited to be part of a company that has been around for 17 years! I'm a massage therapist on the weekends so I love love my schedule! I thought it was angry workers and I needed a job. Never work for this company. It's really true. Management does not support new employees. They are mean and the office is covered in a dark cloud of negativity. The workers are not happy and frustrated. Some smart ones quit but the others stay probably because they need income, but they are not happy. My first day was full of why are you here, leave! Very poor management and no incouragement or support. I really learned the hard way. I should have listened to these reviews. My sister asked \"what did I do wrong\" they replied saying \"you did nothing wrong.... When you were hired you sign a paper saying we can fire you or let you go for no reason. \" absolutely sick!!! My sister gave up other job opportunities to work for this company. .All to be let go for no reason..... never work for this company !!! They do shady things and they should be taken to court for this. ..
