> I also will join the list of those who ordered &amp; paid for goods never to be sent. Customer service is non-existent. After multiple attempts by phone and email I was unable to contact them. I disputed the charges with my credit card company. I'm not sure if this company is actually in business but heed these warnings and find a reputable company to deal with.

> I ordered a replacement wand using their online site, for my Riccar Moonlight vacuum on 6/3/16.  I paid by debit and it was posted to my account on 6/6/16.  I also received a confirmation email for my order.....things are good, right?  No.....it is 6/22/16 and I have yet to receive the part!!  I have emailed them through their site, 3 times with no response.  I have called them twice only to hear their answering machine tell me that they are in but are servicing other customers....HAH!!  Good Luck to them. I leave detailed messages with order#, part#, dates and asking them to please call me back or respond to emails....nothing. I opened a dispute with my bank yesterday to get my money back.

> I placed my order on Sept.14, 2015 and did not receive it until October 10th.  I only got it then because I got my credit card company involved.  No explanation of any kind--just an email saying "your order has been processed".   The part arrived in a box it would barely fit in with no packing materials around it at all.  This was an expensive sewing machine foot pedal.  It is a small miracle that it made it, but I am glad.   With the problems getting it here, I would imagine it would be impossible to get it replaced if it arrived broken.  I would not order from them again.

Always honest, quality workmanship, reasonable prices and with timely results plus friendly &amp; neighborly attitudes, what more can you want? They're just great, period.
