> Really wanted to like this business.  Their prices and service were pretty good when I was Buying furniture, but as soon as I wanted to Return something I couldn't get them on the phone--for literally 3.5 WEEKS.  Had to file a complaint with BBB to get them to respond to my voicemails.  When I tried to describe my experience to an employee, he refused to accept any responsibility--just kept making excuses and wouldn't even acknowledge that my experience had been problematic.So, I have no faith that he actually heard anything I said.  But I want the company to be aware of the issue, and potential buyers to know what they're signing up for.
