> My parents are buying furniture for the first time since they've come to America and were planning to buy new furniture top to bottom.  As you can imagine this is a substantial purchase and expected a shred of decent customer service.  We came in with a complete list and just wanted to see what they looked like in person.  We were using a promotion that would give us a discount and it took four hours for them to put our list into a registry.  Next time we came they had to do it ALL over and in addition, the cashier downstairs [NOEL] rejected our promotion and proceeded to VERBALLY BERATE my parents calling them CHEATS and whispering to her fellow cashier.  Given they can't speak perfect English so they couldn't fully and coherently articulate what was happening, is this really necessary?So go only if you speak impeccable English and you don't mind waiting extended periods of time to get some really bad service.
