> Nick the owner is a flake! He made me wait for 2 months to process a water heater through Bradford White warranty .  I called him numerous times during this period and he never answered my calls! He would text me a few days later. Finally once the warranty heater came in he text me that he would charge me $350fir the labor and that I have to go to his vendor to pay for the water heater directly!!! He obviously is not trusted by the vendor, that's why he asked me to go and pay for it!! I went in and paid for the heater and texted him the invoice! He then texted me back and mentioned that he would come in on Friday. I cleared the day for him. I then texted him to confirm friday and make sure he is coming. He said that he is coming by himself!!! I asked him him who will help you with this water heater, he said you!!! I said me??? He has no shame!!! He wanted me to help him to lift the water heater!!! I have had a cancer surgery last year and I have to do two more surgery for my hernia. This guy has absolutely no shame!!! He then texted me and said I will try to find someone to go to your place on Saturday. I said ok, I have someone come over my place to help me clean on Saturday but I will cancel. I just got a text from him telling me that he can't do the job!!!! Do you believe this shameless guy??? He said that he wants to help me, so he will refer me to his friend!! His friend will do the job for $1000!!! This is unreal!!! Can you believe this guy??? Don't trust this guy!! He is a liar and a flake!!! Bybthe way the first time I met him, he changed a part on my washing machine. We paid him plus a tip. That was 2 1/2 months ago. Ever since he opened the washing machine, the washer makes lots of noise!! Don't trust this guy!!! Rest assure that more than likely all the reviews that he has are friends and family! Her is the God honest truth!! Shame on Nick!
