Dr. Wolk himself is excellent. The staff can use more organizational skills. Some can use more people skills because a few are a little rude. 1. I called ahead to let them know that I was a new patient to make the first visit more easier on everyone & to have the paperwork process more efficient but when I got there they didn't even give me the document's to fill out right away, they told me have a seat. After sitting for approx. 5 min. I had to go back up to the window & ask if there's any paperwork for me to fill out? They said oh yes. 2. I mentioned over the phone first that I need a spanish translator, they said I need to tell them at the window when I sign in for my visit. Then I've stated every time I go for my visit & sign in at the window I need a spanish translator. They still don't send anyone else in the room with the Doctor.","rating":4,"date_published":"2015-31-12"}]}
