The price for their service was $390.00 dollars for four hours; but Aaron was given $400.00 dollars exactly.  Everything was fine until he picked the children up from their evening function.  The Chauffeur arrived at our location at 8:35 p.m. on February 9th, 2008 to pick up 10 Teenagers under the age of 18.  The Chauffeur that drove them to their location was Aaron W.  The Teenagers had a Valentines function from 8:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. exactly in Los Angeles.Once Aaron found the kids after midnight, he told them he was unable to locate the place.  He told them he’ll give them 10 minutes since he was behind midnight picking them up.  Aaron said if he didn’t make it to their drop off location within 10 mins after the 12:30 a.m. he would charge the kids $45.00 dollars for 30 mins.  They arrived to our location at 12:40 a.m.  All ten children said that Aaron drove; extremely slow as though he was trying to get them back late so he can charge them a late fee.I spoke with Greg on February 10th regarding a camera that was accidentally left behind by one of the teenagers & I also told him I had a complaint about the situation that took place with his Chauffeur.  I told Greg I was dissatisfied with their Customer Service & they should have spoke with an adult regarding other charges that occurred instead of taking money from teenagers.  I tried to explain the situation that occurred until Greg tone of voice changed…  He was telling me that those children lied & his imbecile Chauffeur would never lie; but he did!  Greg & I went back in forth until he hung the phone up on me.  This company is pathetic & they have poor Customer Service skills & their very unprofessional!!  I will never recommend anyone to Hilltop & when other people ask me about this company; I’ll be sure to bad mouth Hilltop!  We don’t want anything from Hilltop; we only want people that want good Customer Service to acknowledge that we have vampires doing Chauffer business.","rating":1,"date_published":"2008-11-02"}]}
