Their repair technicians are competent and professional - and they go the extra mile.  Here's are some examples: two of the knobs on my GE stove top became useless when the plastic stems cracked.  When Scott delivered the new ones, he pointed out the design flaw that makes the knob stems so fragile and then he took the time to reinforce all of them - old and new - so that we would not have to replace them again any time soon.  I feel like he treated my kitchen like it was his own... Wow!  In December, Carter Services replaced parts of our Sub-Zero freezer that had been melted courtesy of a So. Cal. Edison power surge.  When the freezer developed an annoying rattle in April, Scott came back and fixed the problem for free - 4 months later and there was no charge.  This company continues to earn my business.  Yes, repairs of any kind kick you in the wallet. I was very fortunate to have Isaac respond to my service call. He was very professional and his expertise was reflected in his years of experience. He found my fan to be the initial problem but the relay (to the compressor) and the electrical system also became a concern when my temporary fan was too small. Called Friedman's Appliances in Signal Hill first thing Tuesday morning, where we bought all of our kitchen appliances. Friedman's spoke very highly of Carter Services and after \"James\" showed up to assess the problem, I also feel the same way about the company. Total to fix the problem, including the service charge was $285.32, a significant amount less than a new unit! 5 stars for promptness, integrity, attitude and equally important (at least to me) a person who showed up with a very pleasant personality. Would, and will, highly recommend this company to neighbors and friends. Side note: I was told that the technician would arrive between 1 and 5. He called at 1:35 to say that he was on his way, and arrived at 1:55!
