S.H.","rating":5,"date_published":"2013-27-06"},{"author_name":"catherinerucker","review_text":"In Keenan & Associates \"Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) Health and Safety Code Requirements\" bulletin from January 2010 they state:\"We recommend AED use only for those districts that are very remote with emergency services that cannot respond quickly enough.\"In the chain of survival, one of the vital links is \"early defibrillation.\"  Even if there is a fire station just down the street, the EMS personnel may not make it in time when someone suffers a Sudden Cardiac Arrest.  And that is why it is vital to have more AED units within our communities.  School AED Programs are supported by the California Legislature and by the California PTA.","rating":1,"date_published":"2010-15-11"}]}
