I stayed here long enough and had both good and bad experiences with owner.** Good side:- As apartments are old, rent would be affordable- old used semi-furnished utilities would be helpful for singles and students.- if lady owner is in good mood, she might reduce the rent. (You can bargain the rent before lease! Yes, for real.)- CCTV cameras helpful for parking and entrance areas.Now, here are the main things....** Bad Reality: (Don't mess with owner)- Main entrance door lock doesn't work properly from last many years- each house has Cockroaches & spiders- uncleaned, unchanged, unhealthy, stinky carpets from many years- Narrow parking way and spots. Many cars get scratches- This is privately owned property. So, no professional services- old electrical appliances with high electricity bills- You have to pay rent before a month starts. If you're even late for one day, you will get legal threats from the owner- The lady (Owner & Manager), gets mad without reason. She always calls and starts speaking for hours. She won't listen your side & won't let you speak a word.- if she gets a chance (if by chance you're in a situation with her), she will try to get maximum money from you as a panelty or charges by threatening you without no reason. (As most immigrants don't want to fall under laws and orders, and so they will pay the money easily)","rating":2,"date_published":"2018-25-05"}]}
