> SOOOOO frustrated with the appliance department at this store!! Received TERRIBLE service upon ordering (sales-people joshing around with eash other, not paying attention to the details of the order, not giving a straight answer about delivery dates/stock. One of them working on another customer even rolled her eyes at me when her customer was kind of getting frustrated also.) Should've walked then. After being LIED to about stock items and then, even though, I asked and asked for confirmation on delivery dates, I took the day off to have my appliances delivered and when they didn't call or come by noon, I called to ask what the deal was and I WASN'T EVEN SCHEDULED for delivery that day. Super frustrated and mad. I'm done. Mad as hell that I blessed these people with my money. Never will shop there again. In the meantime, I've already had a service person out for my brand new refrigerator which runs like a MAC truck.

> Staff is friendly, but Management never helped me.  I  bought a floor model GE stainless steel stove.  When it arrived, there was NO instruction manual.  I went back to the store, and the female clerk in appliances basically said, too bad.The manager was no help, either.  I tried another Lowe's store on western-manager promised, but did nothing to get an instruction manual.  Then they gave me the so-called GE appliance repair number-I could never get through.  I still don't know how to use the self-cleaning feature/other oven features.CONSUMERS BEWARE!! P.S.  NEVER GOT MY $79 FREE LOCAL DELIVERY APPLIANCE REBATEEITHER.

> This is a fairly new Lowes &amp; a nice alternative to the evil HD. Friendly, knowledgable staff &amp; a clean store. Prices are nothing special but thy do have EVERYTHING!
