I have never found a more novice and annoying realtor than the listing agent (Alice Chang)! Basically she wanted people to come in, and kiss up to her. When I didn't, she started being a nuisance! I am an investor, and I bought and sold tons of property, and again, never saw such a rude agent. Perhaps that's why the property  has been sitting on the market forever!She was in upstairs, and I asked her if the room I was in, was the master. Instead of saying yes or no, she asked me: \"what do you think\"... I ignored her... So she started to get nasty and rude. I took lots of pics, and the guy downstairs (her husband) already said it's ok to take pics... She said I had to get her permission to take more pics, etc...I was interested in the property, but after that, no!!! Don't want her to profit from my transaction!!!","rating":1,"date_published":"2016-23-10"}]}
