I left with his quote and explanation, still contemplating on which Auto Service I would confide in (especially after my used car fiasco). Sion's Auto Center was the winner. Benjamin called me back promptly after leaving, asking if I had any questions and to have a nice day. Customer service like that is hard to find these days.
