Mistake #1 for us. Have never used their cleaning service but I have used their \"Alterations\". I can confidently say that their quality of alterations is sub-mediocre. I have used their alterations 3 times and 3 times my garments have been unprofessionally altered. I took 5 pair of leggings and all buy one pair were wearable. The other 4 leggings one leg was either 1 to 1 3/4 inches too long . Second time took a chiffon  top to get it altered 1 inch at the hem, and got it back with a different type of \"stich\" in which the hem would not lay flat and stuck out. Third and last time, I took a jacket to get the sleeves altered and received it one inch too short. Also just noticed that the owners have given a review and rated themselves 5 stars. Read review \"malhotramini\" those are the owners.
